Overview

An Ayurvedic nutritionist is the one who provides a diet chart to a person (even healthy) about the guidelines of when to eat, what to eat, how to eat to boost health, excluding illness and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Ayurveda believes that plants and plant products add a ton of nutrients that influences our mental and physical state. This course will take you through the individual process of gaining good health through a proper diet which is essential for every human being. Ayurveda believes that every root is medicine so there is no good or bad food. Hence it provides a rational approach to design balanced food for excellent nutrients by harmonizing food that works together to induce proper digestion and promote maximum absorption of nutrients.

Program Objective

The course will go through the individual process of supervising and instructing related professionals in the preparation of therapeutic or other diets in hospitals, institutions or other establishments. There are several job opportunities for an Ayurvedic Dietician in the public and private sectors.
