Overview

This course is designed in a way to understand the deep essentials of Siddha Diet as an ancient south Asian medicine that originated in India. There will be in-depth knowledge of how to understand the five essential elements i,e. water, fire, air, earth, the sky that evaluate the human body and its diet. Siddha has recommended certain basic guidelines to be followed for healthy living which includes observation of certain regimen as mentioned in Pini’s annual video & meaning rules that help prevent diseases are highly admirable and make the body resistant to infection.

Program Objective

The main aim of this course is to make you understand the fundamentals of good health through proper diet and regulating equilibrium of every element present in our meal accordingly. You will be prepared to provide a diet chart to the client and regulate the consumption of food.
